Davante Adams was sidelined during the Los Angeles Rams' 20-12 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs in their preseason opener on Saturday.
Along with Adams, several other Rams skill position players, including Puka Nacua, Jordan Whittington, and Kyren Williams, also did not play and watched the game from the sidelines.
Adams had a notable performance in the 2025 season, leading the NFL with 14 receiving touchdowns in 14 regular-season games. He also scored in the Rams' NFC Championship Game loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
For the upcoming 2026 season, Adams and Nacua are expected to form one of the top wide receiver duos in the league.
