Pleasanton, California — The San Francisco 49ers completed their 2026 rookie-contract work by signing defensive tackle Gracen Halton, according to the team’s transaction record and Niners Wire.
Halton was selected in the fourth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. ESPN’s transaction page lists the signing on July 7.
The contract completes the club’s rookie class ahead of training camp. The 49ers’ open practices are scheduled to begin July 26, the team says.
For East Bay fans, the signing closes one of the remaining offseason roster formalities before the club begins its summer camp schedule.
