Contract Terms and Duration
The city council is considering an authorization for the city manager to enter a professional services agreement with Innovative Claim Solutions, Inc. The contract provides a three year term running through June 30, 2029. It includes an option to renew for two successive one year terms. The total not to exceed amount for the five year period is $1,399,579.
Procurement Process
The current amendment to the existing agreement expires on June 30, 2026. City purchasing policy requires a request for proposals when a professional services agreement reaches five years. The city issued a request for proposals for services beginning July 1, 2026. Six vendors submitted proposals in response to the request. A city review committee evaluated the submissions and selected the proposal from Innovative Claim Solutions.
