Pleasanton-based Veeva Systems announced Wednesday that French pharmaceutical company Servier is adopting its OpenData service to standardize customer reference data across more than 80 countries.
Veeva says the work builds on Servier’s existing use of its Link Key People product. The company describes the combined data services as support for Servier’s commercial and medical teams and its plans to expand artificial-intelligence use.
The September 30 announcement does not disclose financial terms or a completion date. Its claims about faster work and future AI benefits are company expectations, rather than measured results presented in the release.
Veeva’s global headquarters is on Hacienda Drive in Pleasanton. The announcement concerns Servier’s international operations and does not describe new hiring or an office expansion in the city.
