Henderson Anchors Brewers' Pitching

Logan Henderson delivered a strong performance for the Milwaukee Brewers, throwing seven innings in a 6-2 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium on Sunday. Henderson allowed three hits and one earned run while striking out six batters and walking one. He earned the win, improving his record to 7-2.

Chad Patrick, Aaron Ashby, and DL Hall provided relief for Milwaukee, with Patrick and Ashby holding the Dodgers without scoring in their respective appearances.

Scoring Sequence

The Brewers took an early lead in the second inning when Luis Garcia scored on a fielder's choice. Los Angeles tied the game at 1-1 in the fourth inning when Max Muncy hit a home run to right field. The Dodgers managed their final run in the bottom of the ninth when Pages homered to left field.

Dodgers' Pitching Struggles

Tarik Skubal started for the Los Angeles Dodgers but struggled, allowing seven hits and one earned run over six innings while striking out seven batters. He took the loss, dropping to 7-7. Relief pitchers Edgardo Henriquez, Alex Vesia, Kyle Hurt, and Jack Dreyer followed Skubal.

Henriquez and Vesia each allowed one earned run. Hurt recorded three strikeouts in 1 1/3 innings, while Dreyer struck out two batters in 2/3 of an inning without allowing an earned run.

Final Records

The Brewers finished with a record of 77-48, while the Dodgers fell to 74-51. The attendance at Dodger Stadium was 45,828. Both teams will continue their seasons with these updated records.

The game featured two home runs total, one by Muncy for the Dodgers and one by Pages for the Dodgers, while the Brewers scored six runs through a combination of singles, doubles, and defensive errors.
