Valley Humane Society has selected a nine-month-old puppy named Scrappy-Doo as its Pet of the Week. The organization is encouraging residents in Pleasanton to consider adopting the small, brown male dog.
According to the shelter, Scrappy-Doo is a mixed-breed animal expected to weigh less than 24 pounds as an adult. He has been neutered and is available for an adoption fee of $200. The shelter describes him as sweet and ready to find a permanent home where he can develop confidence gradually.
