California will host Wagner at California Memorial Stadium at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, with the game marking the first football meeting between the Golden Bears and Seahawks. The matchup will be broadcast on ACC Network.

The Seahawks defeated Southern Connecticut State, 31-7, two weeks ago, but lost to Robert Morris in Week 0 and to James Madison in their most recent game. Wagner placed third in the NEC last season with a 5-7 overall record and a 4-3 conference record.
Cal has won 16 consecutive games against Football Championship Subdivision opponents dating to 2005. The Bears rank first in the ACC and are tied for fifth nationally with four interceptions. They also have four turnovers gained and four sacks, while ranking fourth in the conference in red-zone defense and team passing-efficiency defense.
Defensive back Kingston Lopa recorded three interceptions in Cal’s win over Syracuse, including a 24-yard return for a go-ahead touchdown. He added five tackles and now has four interceptions this season, placing him first nationally in total interceptions and interceptions per game.
