Rams cornerback Jaylen Watson and tight end Terrance Ferguson are both expected to miss the team's Week 4 road game against the Eagles after suffering injuries in the loss to Denver, coach Sean McVay said Monday. The Rams' game against Philadelphia is scheduled for Sunday.
Watson dislocated his shoulder during the second quarter against the Broncos and was taken to the locker room by cart after being examined in the medical tent. Before leaving, he had two total tackles, including one for loss, and two passes defensed. McVay said Watson will probably miss this week, but the team has not discussed placing him on injured reserve.
Ferguson sustained a medial ankle sprain in the first quarter. He initially returned, but left the game permanently after making a 9-yard catch in the second quarter. McVay said Ferguson is also likely to be unavailable against Philadelphia.
Colby Parkinson did not experience a setback involving the knee injury listed on the Rams' Week 3 injury report, according to McVay. Parkinson did sustain an AC joint sprain in his shoulder during the game, returned later in the first quarter and remains without a confirmed status for Week 4.
