Tri-Valley resource fair set for Oct. 17 at Pleasanton district office

People with disabilities and their families will have a chance to meet local service organizations at Tri-Valley SELPA’s Resource and Transition Fair on Saturday, Oct. 17.

The fair runs from 9 a.m. to noon at the Pleasanton Unified School District Office, 5758 W. Las Positas Blvd., in Training Room 3.

The organizer says the event is intended for people with disabilities of all ages, along with their families and support networks. Visitors can speak directly with organization representatives about available services and programs.

Advance registration is encouraged, but visitors do not have to register to attend. The district’s Sept. 30 newsletter links to the organizer’s Eventbrite listing for registration information.
