The management of Pacific Pearl Shopping Center has announced the arrival of four new dining establishments. The center, which already houses 99 Ranch Market and other food vendors, will expand its culinary offerings with these new tenants.
Chi Cha San Chen, a Taiwanese tea brand with international presence, is scheduled to open in late August. The restaurant will occupy a 1,037-square-foot space at 2709 Stoneridge Drive. Its menu will include brewed teas, milk teas, fruit teas, and other signature beverages.
Eight Turn Crepe, a franchise originating from New York City, plans to open in late September or early October. The 1,647-square-foot location at 2693 Stoneridge Drive will specialize in Japanese-style crepes made with gluten-free rice flour. Each item is prepared fresh and filled with sweet or savory ingredients before being rolled into a handheld cone.
Yogurtland has signed a lease for a 1,220-square-foot space at 2709 Stoneridge Drive. The international brand allows customers to build custom combinations from rotating selections of frozen yogurt, ice cream, plant-based flavors, and various toppings. An official opening date for this location has not yet been determined.
HiroNori Craft Ramen will also open at 2709 Stoneridge Drive in a 1,404-square-foot space. The restaurant has received recognition in the Michelin Guide for its broths, noodles, rice bowls, and other Japanese-inspired dishes. Its opening date is also pending announcement.
