Also in December 2025, a 2,104-square-foot residence in the first block of Dos Rios Place sold for $1.502 million. That home, which also has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sold for $714 per square foot.
Earlier in the year, a single-family residence in the first block of Playa Court sold in March for $1.823 million. The buyer paid $863 per square foot for the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home.
