Biogen has finalized a global partnership with Veeva Systems to adopt the Veeva Vault Customer Relationship Management system. The deal covers the implementation of this software across all of Biogen’s international operations.

The selected technology serves as a core component of the broader Vault CRM Suite. This suite incorporates features such as the Agentic Call Report, which is designed to generate commercial evidence for pharmaceutical sales teams.

According to Veeva Systems, these applications form the technological basis for what the company calls "agentic commercial." This model utilizes artificial intelligence to optimize how medicines are distributed to patients.

The agreement marks a significant shift in Biogen’s commercial infrastructure. By integrating Veeva’s platform, the pharmaceutical firm aims to streamline its sales processes and enhance data-driven decision-making on a worldwide scale.

Veeva Systems announced the commitment as part of its ongoing strategy to expand its cloud-based solutions within the life sciences sector. The company stated that the partnership will help Biogen leverage AI capabilities to reach more patients with its treatments.

Veeva Systems Inc. employs about 945 people in Pleasanton, according to local government records.
